A recent Coast to Coast AM program held an interview with Starfire Tor, who has researched Time for many years. They discussed Intentions as possible Time Shifts onto other dimensional timelines. Tor suggests that when we Intend a weather change (as when sending rain to put out wildfires), we must first find a Timeline/place that is now holding the weather condition we seek; (i.e., presently raining), then intentionally shift it onto the fire-timeline.
She also claims that Intentions for Peace do not work, but does not know why. I recall that when I joined Lynne McTaggart's Intention Experiment group to halt violence in Shri Lanka, the violence actually increased for a week or two, then later subsided. The Intention seemed to have failed, but a few months later, the two groups involved in the 30 year-long civil war entered into peace talks.
My thought is that one of the major Cosmic Laws is to never block someone's Free Will. Sadly, because there are still people on the planet who WANT war, an Intention for Peace would overide their Free Will. This is why I always ask that my Intention be in keeping with Universal/Spirit's Purpose and for the highest good of all concerned. I've never had a negative outcome when doing so.
